Our passion for wood began in 2015 when we started designing and producing handmade cutting boards in a 70 m2 area. In 2022, taking a bigger step forward, we acquired the necessary machinery for mass production and embarked on the design of brand new products. As Bb Wooden, in this journey that started with the production of handmade cutting boards, we not only manufacture wooden toys, wooden promotional products, cutting boards, and coasters for the Horeca sector but also provide industrial solutions for factories and workshops, and leave our mark on CNC mold production.

Our production workshop covers a total area of 400 m2, and we take pride in contributing to employment and foreign currency inflow to our country in this space.

Within the Bb Wooden umbrella, we operate in four different areas: Bb Wooden Toys, Bb Wooden Horaca & Design, Bb Wooden Promo, and Bb Wooden Industrial Solution. We export Turkish-made products to 16 countries.

Quality Assurance

Bb Wooden, its Occupational Safety Specialist, Environmental Safety Specialist, and Quality Control team, oversee all physical spaces and conduct internal audits to elevate our already high standards.

Bb Wooden holds CE, EN71, and ISO9001 certification to ensure that we operate under the same standards every day.

Adopting a "zero-error" approach, Bb Wooden implements a comprehensive quality control process at every stage of production. The entire process, from raw materials to finished products, is meticulously monitored and controlled. Additionally, our raw materials and final products undergo various laboratory tests in accordance with responsible organizations such as the European Union, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Agriculture, etc.

In order to monitor all processes from raw material and component supply to machining, assembly, distribution, and sales, Bb Wooden implements Industry 4.0 protocols and utilizes RFID systems.

Bb Wooden ensures that post-production waste is sent only to recycling facilities.

We utilize the latest and energy-efficient technology to minimize energy consumption.

We are committed to minimizing our environmental footprint and reducing externalities on the environment by focusing on waste management, ensuring the recyclability or compostability of our products, and promoting sustainable packaging.
